In a nail-biting finish which saw her make up over 10 lengths on the leader, BLUEGRASS CHATTER got her first win at 2 in thrilling fashion at Hollywood Park, coming out on top in a photo finish in the mile and a sixteenth maiden special weight.

Trained by Hall of Famer Jerry Hollendorfer, the daughter of Bluegrass Cat made her 3-year-old debut in graded company and rallied for a second-place finish in the Santa Ysabel S.-G3 at Santa Anita.

By leading sire BLUEGRASS CAT out of the former Dark Hollow Farm / Kildare Investments mare CHATTER CHATTER, BLUEGRASS CHATTER covered the 1 1/16 miles in 1:45.70 and paid $9.80 on her photo finish.

Trained by top west coast conditioner Jerry Hollendorfer, BLUEGRASS CHATTER was bred by Dark Hollow Farm and Kildare Investments and is currently owned by a three-way partnership amongst Dark Hollow, Hollendorfer as well as long-time client Will DeBurgh.
